This 6-hour session is designed for individuals who require a comprehensive understanding of the Bayley-4. Participants will learn to administer and score items on the Bayley-4 using the paper/pencil or digital application. Price includes up to 40 people per session.
Training orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of order placement. A training consultant will contact you to coordinate your training. Training dates are scheduled no earlier than 5 weeks from order placement.
Audience: This session is targeted for individuals who conduct infant-toddler assessments for early intervention or early childhood assessments for school districts and preschool programs.
Course description: This 6-hour session is designed for individuals who require a comprehensive understanding of the Bayley-4. Participants will learn to administer and score items on the Bayley-4 using the paper/pencil or digital application.
Learning objectives: After attending this session, participants will be able to:
- Discuss changes from Bayley-III to Bayley-4
- Describe general administration and scoring guidelines for test items, including basal and ceiling rules
- Calculate total raw scores and derive scaled scores and standard scores.
- Demonstrate the use of computerized scoring for the Bayley-4
- Describe basic interpretation of Bayley-4 results
- Use Bayley-4 results and state criteria for early intervention eligibility to identify developmental delay
